Our web store accepts both domestic and international orders. A shipping surcharge applies to all orders. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination country. PRICES Unless USD is selected, all prices on this site are listed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) by default. We reserve the right to adjust prices on this site at any time.

EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY

Exchanges are only allowed if customers receive an incorrect order regarding items or size. Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days (approximately two weeks) of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. A copy of the invoice, packing list, or another proof of purchase displaying the buyer’s name is required. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction, and any faulty item can be returned for a replacement if there is proof of a manufacturing defect. This policy applies only to items purchased through our web store. If the faulty item is out of stock, it can be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value based on the original purchase price. Except for the above-mentioned cases, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

ASSISTANCE

For domestic nonregistered shipping, note that we cannot trace your shipment once mailed at our selected postal service. We are not responsible for any lost items, and should your item does not reach you, we are not responsible for any item replacement. All international shipping prices include tracking. If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us at info@lamunai.com. We will assist in tracing your order. When reaching out, kindly provide your purchase order number and shipment tracking number.
